• Coverage Details: VH1 FREIGHT LLC, offers full value protection for your belongings during the transportation process. This coverage includes protection against damage or loss caused by our negligence.

  • Claims Process: In the event of damage or loss to your belongings during the move, please follow these steps to file a claim:

  • Notify VH1 FREIGHT LLC immediately upon discovery of damage or loss.

  • Provide documentation, including photographs and detailed descriptions of the damaged or lost items.

  • Cooperate fully with our claims process, which may include an inspection of the damaged items.

  • Claims must be submitted within [specify timeframe, e.g., 30 days] from the date of delivery.

• Exclusions: Our insurance coverage does not extend to:

  • Items not packed by VH1 FREIGHT LLC  or its agents unless the damage resulted from our negligence.
