VH1 FREIGHT LLC, (“VH1 Freight”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the following policy regarding cancellation of moving services booked through our website:

• Cancellation Procedures:

  • You may cancel your booking by notifying VH1 FREIGHT LLC, via email or phone at least 72 hours before the scheduled move date.

  • Please provide your booking reference number and contact details when requesting cancellation.

• Cancellation Penalties:

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled move date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • The cancellation fee amount will depend on the proximity of the cancellation to the scheduled move date and the extent of preparations already made by VH1 FREIGHT LLC.

• Refunds:

  • Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the booking.

• Exceptions:

  • VH1 FREIGHT LLC reserves the right to waive cancellation fees or modify this policy in exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters or emergencies beyond the customer’s control.
